This website currently does not use customer accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The repair-request form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device; Fox Appliance Services does not store the form on this website.
Information you choose to provide
If you call, text or continue to WhatsApp, you may provide your name, phone number, city, service address, appliance information and details about the problem. We use that information to respond, assess service availability, schedule work, prepare estimates, perform authorized work and maintain necessary business records.
WhatsApp and telephone providers
When you choose “Continue in WhatsApp,” your browser opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. WhatsApp and telecommunications providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Review the message before sending it.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared with a technician or service partner only as needed to respond to the request or perform authorized work, and may be retained for customer service, warranty, accounting, safety or legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask what customer information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to remove information that is no longer required, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping obligations.
